I have uncrated 4 scooters and have them in my loft. I have thoroughly inspected the 4 and have found the following mistakes which need to be corrected for the next shipment. As you are aware one of my customers is also upset my a few items, Please also address these concerns as well.

YOU RUINED the SEATS by strapping them down. Figure out a way to fix this.

NO SPARE TIRE on the 10 inch scooters. What happened. You were supposed to mount them on the back. forgot to drill holes on the black one!!!!

The odometer is not straight. The speedo is the first this people look at. Did you inspect this speedo?

Black plastic only. This red looks veery bad. Also the kill button keeps getting stuck.

HUGE MISTAKE - where is the proper VBB2M 12345 stamp. This is a dead give away that it is not Italian. CORRECT THIS!!!

The selector box cover looks wrong. I do not like the PAS on it. It should be painted just like the flywheel cover on the non 5 port engine.

This license plate holder should be painted the same color as the scooter

The front tire is too high off the ground. It should be about 2cm only. 2nd picture is correct

This fender crest is wrong. It should be polished metal like the secong picture - an original from 1960

I've never seen this screw before. Is it on the original seat?

This hook looks TERRIBLE. The meatl needs to be finished. One of my customers already cut himself on it. Polished THICKER Metal in the future!!!

the sticker needs to be about 2cm higher

Where is the Vespa key? it is shown in one of the books. you said you could make a copy. Small things like this make customers very happy.

The lever should not be chrome. the 2nd picture shows the correct lever.

The grip color should be Grey. I have seen much better quality elsewhere.

My customer will cut their hand on this when cleaning the scooter. This really shows poor workmanship. Is anyone inspecting these scooters????

Where is the spring???? Also none of the kickstands spring back even the ones with springs. FIX this problem.

You need to get better quality parts. the ones shown in these photos are horrible

find a way to make this a decal instead of a sticker and use only red as the color. the Vietnam scooters come like the second pictures.

How is a customer going to feel when he sees this seat. It never should have been shipped in this condition.

Paint issues

I have only uncrated 4 scooters and each of them have small paint blemishes. YOu told me you had the best paint shop in all of Asia. I never have paint issues with the scooters I got from Vietnam. This needs to be corrected for future shipments.
